Pre-Season Lifting and Running
Pre - Season lifting and Running will take place M - F from 2:45 - 4:00. Most of the workouts and running will be done outside so dress appropriatly as the weather changes. MWF wrestlers meet out back behind the cafeteria and on TTH between the gym and Paradigm bldg.
As a reminder parents:
if at any time your wrestler is going to be absent from practice an email from you must be sent to Coach LaManna before practice that day. Emails should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
